Who we are
10ToServe is a South African social enterprise that helps organisations turn Corporate Social Investment (CSI) into a strategic growth lever—delivering measurable social upliftment and business return. We design, implement, and manage high-impact programmes that move beyond philanthropy to create shared value at scale.
Our thesis: Purpose meets Profit
Traditional CSI is often treated as peripheral spend. We reframe it as investment—governed, data-driven, and integrated with corporate objectives—so executives can demonstrate ROI alongside authentic community outcomes. We focus on underserved communities and high-leverage interventions that advance South Africa’s priorities of alleviating poverty, inequality, and unemployment through collective action.
